Well, the Oxygen channel took "Neighbours" off. I scanned my TiVo schedule and there are no listings for "Neighbours" up until July 16. Just as I was starting to understand where all the characters were coming from. Although, the series that the Oxygen channel was running was from 2000! A bit dated. I understand that most of the characters have changed now.
