It is Thursday - chores day.

When they fixed Arabella a few weeks ago, they broke a small grommet that goes in the door where the lock button is. I noticed it yesterday when I was retrieving some stuff I needed - otherwise I never look at the passenger side door hardly at all. So believe me, I will spend a good deal of the AM at the car dealer special ordering this bloody grommet (if it's available), and it will be absurdly expensive, and have to be shipped all the way from Korea!
I adjusted my family's new blogs so that the font is a size larger. I am trying to get everybody to blog, but so far only my 10-year old grand niece, Lauren, has taken to it with any gusto. Yay! Go Lauren!
There was something else I had to do today, but I didn't write it down anywhere. I just hope I think of it.
I got a new Lands End catalog in yesterday's mail and immediately spent $200. It was their "overstocks" edition and I cannot resist a proper discount. I like their luggage so I bought a set for my trips to England. And, as an afterthought, a new pair of loafers. I already have a few luggage items, but the wheely is just a tad too small, and the carry-on I have a tad too large. This set seemed to have the correct proportions.
