Garden end musing
The tomato plant is looking a bit scruffy these days, but I count a good dozen or more tomatoes yet to be harvested. The pepper plant has staged an amazing recovery after being ravaged by that bloody squirrel and is producing fruit again! I picked that red one to put in my spaghetti sauce. There is even one, lone cucumber hiding within the tomato plant's vegetation. Somehow it climbed up the tomato cage and latched on to ripen. I am amazed that I got any cucumbers at all, but so far three of them have made it into the salad, and that will be about it.
