OK, waiting for propagation
I have set up the apache server as best as I can. Not sure of all of the directives, but I have them all in place. The regular server is still working properly now. I am still waiting for the domain (http://www.nezbitthecat.com/) to percolate through the system. 48 hours is the usual time, but I am not sure of the exact time my ISP changed his name servers. Just keep trying the new name and someday it will work.
