Always the way . . .
I sit down to do a simple hardware/software install on a client's PC and what do I find? It is running old Windows 98, and it is infected with some stupid worm. It also has some spyware in residence, Gator (GAIN) I think. So a simple twenty minute job is turning into a three hour tour.
