Thursday

Today I am off to central London to do a little wandering around. The WX is bright, with showery episodes and a little wind. I hear Wales got hit with some mega winds yesterday. I was listening to the shipping forecast on radio 4 - a great station. I wish we had a radio 4. Way better than NPR and no begging!

I will stop by the Ace Cafe to get a mug for my friend, John back in Indy. That should be fun!

Here it is in all its glory.

I have the real player on my computer and I listen to radio 3. I just checked and saw radio 4 on there. Maybe that could be an option?

make sure you eat some good fish and chips for me ;) oh and some salt & vinegar chips, mmmm. I can't help that some of my upbringing is very English!

The food at the Ace was pretty scarey, so I just bought a mug and took a few pictures and departed. The Bakerloo line was being repaired, so they had replacement buses which slowed things down quite a bit.

Actually, I also listen to the beeb at home via real player. I plug my laptop's audio out into my home stereo so it appears like its coming from the radio. Sounds good, too!
