Busy, busy
Saturday my two second cousins and I drove to Leicester for the day to visit my old auntie. It was a good day! I did very well finding my way around and driving on the wrong side of the car/road, etc. My aunt was very excited to see us.
We also went to a farm village called Melton Mowbray and had lunch at a cafe. It was market day in the town so it was busy. Pictures posted later on.
Here I am in Melton Mobray buying some pork pie and Cumberland sausages.
My cousin Jasper obviously approves.

Leicester, huh? I'm sorry =P I went to 6th Form in Market Harborough. What a dump.Posted by: pie at November 3, 2004 06:38 PM
Never went as far as Mkt Harborough. My aunt still lives in Stoneygate on Victoria Park Road in one of the last huge houses that hasn't yet been subdivided into flats. No doubt that will happen in a few years after she dies. That bit of the London Road is still quite nice, but you are right - a dump.Posted by: Nez at November 3, 2004 07:49 PM
