Back in the US (again)

I haven't read my mail yet, but I scanned it to see if there was anything interesting. I have been drifting around all day stretching out my little vacation. I haven't watched much TV - I am sick of politics.

I was touched by Joz's post about her grandmother. I realize I don't have too much to do with my family, but my trips to England are really about family. I play the go-between role and try to see all of the members when I can.

I look a bit ragged with dark circles under my eyes, but yes, we had a nice afternoon with a proper Sunday dinner and parlor games.
