Another WX post

I don't believe I just heard a clap of thunder. Rarely do I hear it in January in Indiana. We have been getting much rain all day and now, thunder! What's next, tornado?

Today was frustration city for the kid. I got a good start. Delivered a finished product (repaired computer) to a client from yesterday. Then had a half-hour consult with an old client about revamping their email and messaging system - possible future assignment. Then this afternoon I visited a client and installed Act on their server. There's where the frustration sets in. The new version of Act is much more secure and difficult to work with compared to previous versions. I finally got it installed and distributed. There are a few lingering issues that the client must take up with the Act people. Argh!

Now I still have to clean up this office tonight! It is 7:30 PM and I am wasting time already. Sheesh!

The yellow bits are thunderstorms!

Sadly where I live, half the time you can't tell whether it's thunder, commercial jets or air force jets. And we're not even near the base or the airport. Ecch. I used to use ACT! when we lived in England. It sucks.
