Easter in Palestine

. . . well, New Palestine anyway. I had a lovely time with my friend, Jen, and her family at their home earlier today. It was a down-home Indiana Easter complete with copious amounts of homemade grub, a lively dog, good company and even a real live birthday-boy!
I was a bit lost this year because the pressures of work caused me to cancel my annual Easter trip to England, but on the other hand, I have found a new family willing to welcome me this Spring.

A complete photographic record can be found here. Enjoy! And, thank-you one and all.

such a cute little munchkin!

Gotta say that the Custer's have never been this famous without having the authorities somehow involved! How neat!

I totaly missed Easter, I kept forgetting it was going to happen. Of course, I missed Ostara too. I've just been busy.

I am not religious, so it's the people that make the holiday special for me - and the food, yum! I had some leftover lamb last night, there's just a couple of servings of fruit salad left now.

WOW what great pics. And I LOVE how your friend looks in her Easter finery. Am drooling over here. Boy it feels good to catch up on my friends journals...
