Indiana hosts Clinton
My friend, Sue, called me at the last minute to tell me she came upon an extra ticket to see Bill Clinton speak at Butler University yesterday evening. I was installing a wireless LAN for a client and it was dodgy, so it took me twice as long as it should have. Needless to say, I missed seeing Sue (and Bill) last night, but I did manage to contact Katie and we went out for a dinner at Olive Garden, which is underrated in my opinion.

Hmph. All we rate is "An Evening with Oliver North." I can only guess that ex-Presidents are afraid of Washington State.Posted by: Dave2 at November 7, 2005 02:57 PM
Yep. Being a red state, even "W" has been here three or four times since he "took" office.Posted by: Nez

He stayed over with the Simons. Needless to say, he didn't party in Broad Ripple (where I live) after the speech like most Butler U peeps.Posted by: Nez
