On this blog
I notice everything is not lining up correctly in the right margin - at least on Firefox. So later today I might carve out some time to edit the template. It is a guessing game for me to mess with style sheets and HTML since my experience with it is nil, but I am not one to shy away from trying. It is a learning process.
In other news, today is the 30 day mark from my projected departure to the UK for Christmas. I must do some serious Airline shopping today. It is going to cost some serious money this year. I may try to use some frequent flyer miles, but that is usually impossible.

Don't tell Norm or Tommy
I have a little woodworking project in mind which requires the use of a saw. I have a pruning saw for tree limbs and such, but I can't use that. I do not have a rip saw or a crosscut saw. I used to have a jigsaw, but I haven't seen it in about 10 years. I used it to cut boards for office shelves.
As luck would have it, among the pricey but rugged Black & Decker gear, good old Wal-Mart saw fit to mix in a made-in-China special.
Would you believe it only cost $17.00! If I only use it once it will be worth that price.

Cold Blast
I think we are in for it this weekend. They are even saying we're to get some snow - but none accumulating. It would be a good time to clean out my messy office. If I get enough caffeine in me, I might get the job done.

I haven't devoted much attention to this blog lately, but so it goes. Today the moon is full (actually tomorrow at 1:19 A.M.) and so I will post a warning to that effect. Be cautious! The crazies are out there.

Cold here today
Winter is knocking on the door here in Central Indiana. It got down to 28° here last night. That's -1° for my European readers. Today the temp has risen a few degrees, but that hasn't stopped it from raining steadily since I left the house this morning.
The good news for today is that my little surprise present to Elisabeth arrived today much to her delight!
